The construction manager accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between him and the Owner by this Agreement. He covenants with the Owner to furnish his best skill and judgment and to cooperate with the Architect in furthering the interests of the Owner.
He agrees to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence and to use his best efforts to complete the Project in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interest of the Owner.
The Construction Team: The Construction Manager, the Owner, or designated representative “Insert the name of PM here if applicable” and the Architect called the “Construction Team” will work from a Notice to Proceed from the Owner through the construction Proposal. The Construction Manager will provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction.
